Processing Copernicus data in Python using snappy

During this webinar we will show how to access the RUS Copernicus Service and how to download, process, analyse and visualize the free data acquired by the Copernicus satellites.

You will be introduced to the Sentinel-1 mission and its characteristics. Moreover, the use of snappy, a python module that allows you to access the SNAP Java API to process Sentinel data in a programming environment will be demonstrated.

Although not required, it is recommended to have a basic knowledge of SAR concepts (i.e. calibration, speckle filtering).
Basic-intermediate knowledge of Python would be an advantage.
